General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the rights and obligations between Bomberace s.r.o., registered office Zahradní 582, 742 13 Studénka, Czech Republic, IČO: 11696338 (hereinafter "the Provider") and users of the ReceiptorREX web application available at receiptorex.com (hereinafter "the Service").
2. Registration and Account
Use of the Service requires registration with a valid e-mail address. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activities carried out under their account.
3. Scope of Service
The Service enables uploading, managing, and organising accounting documents using Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage. The Provider is not responsible for the content of uploaded documents or for the availability of third-party services (Microsoft OneDrive).
4. Pricing and Payment
The current pricing is shown within the application in the Billing section. The Provider reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice to users.
5. Liability
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Users may cancel their account at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these GTC. After cancellation, data is available for export for 30 days.
7. Changes to GTC
The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC. Users will be notified by e-mail at least 14 days before any changes take effect.
8. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
